Since 1987, the Albert Merola Gallery (formerly known as UFO Gallery) has held a prominent place in Provincetown as one of the primary venues for contemporary as well as historically significant Provincetown art.

We place a high importance on quality, condition and context.

The gallery is solely owned and operated by Albert Merola and James Balla, yearround residents of Provincetown.

The gallery exhibits work by contemporary artists as well as outstanding artists from the past. Almost all have significant ties to Provincetown.

Our many years of commitment to our artists and to our idea of how to run a gallery has provided a rich and varied history of exhibitions.
